EGW Four Column Rail
A low-profile flanged linear guide using a four-column ball arrangement — that column count is what gives it equal load capacity in all four directions, not just up-down or side-to-side.
Description
Rolling contact between the rail and slider - balls or rollers running in matched grooves - converts sliding friction into rolling friction, which is the same working principle behind any linear guide, but the four-column ball load design is what sets this flanged, low-assembly-height EGW variant apart. Distributing the load across four separate rows rather than two means each row carries less of the total load individually, which spreads wear more evenly across the slider and extends service life compared to a two-row design under the same load.
Machined from carbon steel, stainless steel, or alloy steel, in four sizes - EGW15, EGW20, EGW25, EGW30 - scaled to match the load and mounting envelope of the equipment. It's used in CNC machine tool worktables and tool holders, industrial automation lines, robotics, medical equipment, electronics manufacturing, and packaging machinery - anywhere a slider needs both high rigidity and a low-profile mounting footprint.
We're a manufacturer rather than a trading company, and build to customer drawings under OEM/ODM. Standard payment terms are 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment.
