The main element Mn content is 0.5% to 0.8%, and the Si content is 0.17 to 0.37%. steel. After a series of quenching heat treatments, a heavy-duty wire shaft with wear-resistant surface and impact-resistant core can be obtained. The carbon content of the surface is 0.8% to 1.2%. The core is generally 0.1% to 0.25%, so the guide shaft can obtain a high hardness (HRC58-62°). The core hardness is low and impact resistance.
