The Fixing Method Of Linear Guide Slide Block

The slider of linear guide rail is to be installed on the guide rail. The slider is fixed to the guide rail by pressure, and the clearance accuracy is adjusted. When there is vibration or impact in the machinery, the slider and the slide rail are likely to loosen, which will deviate from the original fixed position, affect the operation accuracy and service life, and even fail to work normally. Therefore, the fixing of the slide rail is very important. How is the guide rail slider fixed, and what are the fixing methods?

1. Positioning bolt fixing method, because of the limitation of installation space, the bolt size used should not be too large.

2. Push-pull fixing method, in which pressure is exerted by locking the push-pull block. Excessive locking force is likely to cause track bending or deformation of the outer shoulder, so special attention should be paid to the appropriateness of locking force during installation.

3. Press plate fixing method. In this way, the side of the track and the slider should slightly protrude from the edge of the bed and workbench, and the press plate should be machined with escape grooves to prevent interference with the corners of the slide rail or slider during installation.

4. Roller fixing method, the roller is pressed by the advance of the slope of the bolt head, so special attention should be paid to the position of the bolt head.
