Product Description

Adjust the pre-tightening method according to the elimination of axial clearance. Usually adopt the method of double nut pre-tightening or single nut to control the elastic deformation to a minimum to reduce or eliminate the axial gap and increase the rigidity of the ball screw pair. There are three commonly used double nut pre-tightening adjustment methods: gasket adjustment type, thread adjustment type, and tooth gap adjustment type. When using the ballscrews, there must be sufficient lubrication. If the lubrication is not enough, it will lead to increased friction and wear, causing failure or shortening the life. Lubrication can be oil lubrication or grease lubrication.
