French Machine Builder Receives Motion Parts

Sep 03, 2026

Another order for France left our workshop this week, built around SFU1605 Ball Screw assemblies and HGH20 Linear Guide components. The parts are packed in wooden cases and will travel by sea to a machine builder working on a new automation project.

The SFU1605 Ball Screw is one of the common models used in our factory orders. The 16 mm shaft and 5 mm lead make it a common choice for smaller machine axes where installation space is limited. Together with BK/BF support units and matching guide components, it can be fitted into different machine structures.

The customer also ordered HGH20 Linear Guide rails and blocks for the same project. In many machines, the Ball Screw handles the driving movement, while the guide rail supports the moving section and keeps the carriage following the planned path. This combination is often found in CNC equipment, automation systems and custom-built machines.

France has a long history in machinery manufacturing, industrial automation and specialized equipment. Many local manufacturers work on customized machines for different industries, from packaging and processing equipment to laboratory and industrial systems. For these projects, customers often look for standard motion parts that can be adapted to their own machine designs instead of rebuilding the whole structure.

The parts were arranged in the workshop according to the customer's order list before packing. The Ball Screw assemblies, guide rails and smaller components were grouped together so the customer can check the items more easily after receiving the shipment.

The wooden cases are now waiting for sea loading together with other export cargo. For projects that require different lengths, models or special combinations, we also work with customer drawings to prepare Ball Screw, Linear Guide and other motion components based on the actual machine requirements.
