Integrated Coaxial Motor Bracket

Most coaxiality problems in a motor-to-screw setup come from stacking tolerances across separate parts - a separate motor seat bolted to a separate bearing seat, each with its own machining error, adding up. Machining both mounting features into a single block removes that stack-up entirely: motor axis, coupling axis, bearing bore axis, and screw axis are all set relative to the same reference in one machining operation, so the alignment error that would normally come from assembling two pieces just isn't there to begin with.

Material is aluminum alloy, stainless steel, or plastic depending on load and environment - tell us your application if you're not sure which fits, and we'll recommend one rather than defaulting to the priciest option. The bracket itself is built for wear resistance and low noise (rigid enough to resist deformation under uneven load) and low-friction sensitivity, so it starts moving smoothly without a vibration spike at startup.

We build to customer drawings under OEM/ODM, with custom sizes, colors, and branded logos available for bulk orders. Sample lead time runs 7–10 working days, with 30–40 working days for full orders.
