Products Details
The TBR system is built around a hardened round shaft fixed to an aluminium support rail. A flanged bearing block travels along the shaft using recirculating balls, while the continuous support underneath helps reduce shaft bending over longer strokes.

Products Description
Compared with an unsupported round shaft, the TBR rail can carry a moving platform over a longer distance with better resistance to deflection. The flange on the bearing block provides a broad mounting surface, making the system practical for machine tables, CNC routers, woodworking equipment and automated transfer mechanisms.
TBR rails are not profiled linear guideways. Their load capacity and running accuracy depend on the shaft diameter, rail length, number of blocks and mounting quality. The base must be flat, and parallel rails must be aligned before the carriage bolts are fully tightened. TBR blocks should only be fitted to a matching TBR rail size.
We build to customer drawings under OEM/ODM, and accept orders as small as a single piece for standard sizes.
