Products Details
The FK unit combines a compact round housing with an angular contact bearing arrangement. It is installed on the fixed end of a ball screw, where it controls axial movement and supports the shaft during rotation.
The smaller FK sizes use compact angular contact bearings designed for miniature ball screws. A 45-degree contact angle applies to the specified miniature versions and should not be assumed for every size in the series.
Product Description
FK supports are suited to compact linear stages, positioning mechanisms and small machine assemblies where a square support housing would occupy too much space. The opposite end of the screw normally uses a matching FF support unit, allowing it to accommodate changes in shaft length while the FK side establishes the axial position.
The support model must match the finished end dimensions of the ball screw. Check the bearing seat diameter, locknut thread, housing dimensions and mounting-hole pattern before assembly. Final tightening should only be completed after checking shaft runout and axial movement.
We build to customer drawings under OEM/ODM, and accept orders as small as a single piece for standard sizes.
