The installation steps for the ball screw support bearing unit are as follows:
1. Installation of fixed side: First install the fixed side support seat to the screw and use the lock nut to fix it. Pay attention to the use of pads and hexagonal bolts for fixing to prevent loosening.
2. Installation of support side: Fix the bearing to the screw shaft with a stop ring and install it into the support side support seat. Make sure the bearing fits tightly with the screw shaft to avoid loosening.
3. Installation of table and base: Insert the ball screw support bearing nut into the table nut support and lock it tightly for the time being. Temporarily fix the fixed-side and support-side support units to the base, and then move the table for debugging to ensure that it can move smoothly in the whole range of travel.
4. Accuracy confirmation and final tightening: Use a micrometer to confirm the amplitude and axial clearance of the screw shaft to ensure installation accuracy. Then completely tighten the bolts of the nut, nut support, fixed side support unit and support side support unit in sequence.
