Product Description

SBR guide rail is a linear guide rail composed of high-strength aluminum alloy as the support and cylindrical linear optical axis as the guide axis. The guide shaft of the cylindrical linear guide is made of high-quality carbon structural steel with a C content of 0.42% to 0.49%. The main element Mn content is 0.5% to 0.8%, and the Si content is 0.17 to 0.37%. steel. After a series of quenching heat treatments, a heavy-duty wire shaft with wear-resistant surface and impact-resistant core can be obtained. The carbon content of the surface is 0.8% to 1.2%. The core is generally 0.1% to 0.25%, so the guide shaft can obtain a high hardness (HRC58-62°). The core hardness is low and impact resistance.
