Linear guide is consisted of rail, block, rolling elements, retainer, recirculator, end seal etc. By using the rolling elements, such as balls or rollers between the rail and block, the linear guide can achieve high precision linear motion.Linear guide block is divied to flange type and square type without flange.or Seal type block, Standard type block, Double bearing type block, Short type block. Also,linear block is divided to high load capacity with standard block lenth and ultra high load capacity with longer block length.

By using recirculating rolling elements between the rail and the block, a linear guideway can achieve high precision linear motion. With these features, linear guide ways can greatly enhance moving accuracy, especially, when accompanied with precise ball screws. When using the linear guide, please avoid dust and foreign objects as much as possible. In general, please limit the working temperature to below 80 degrees Celsius. If the temperature exceeds this temperature, the plastic end cover of the linear slider will be damaged.
