The ball screw is a precision assembly part. When installing the ball screw, pay special attention to the following items:
1. The ball screw must be kept clean and wiped clean so that foreign matter does not enter the nut.
2. Don't knock arbitrarily, and keep the appearance without bruising.
3. The surface of the mounting surface should be trimmed and cleaned thoroughly.
4. Appropriate tolerances and precise corrections ensure that the lead screw runs without resistance.
5. Suitable lubrication, add suitable grease.
6. Do not separate the screw rod from the nut.
7. It is better to install anti-collision devices at both ends of the screw rod to avoid damage to the ball screw rod due to the operation exceeding the stroke limit.
8. Use a protective cover to protect the ball screw to prevent foreign objects from entering and damaging the screw.
9. The ball screw is lubricated with lithium grease.
