EGW carriages extend outward on both sides of the rail. The extra width leaves room for mounting a plate from the carriage flange and creates a lower, broader connection with the moving structure.

 

Available combinations are EGW15SA, EGW15CA, EGW20SA, EGW20CA, EGW25SA, EGW25CA, EGW30SA, and EGW30CA. Rail length is made to suit the installation.

 

Product Description

This guide is designed for machinery where the carriage may receive force from more than one direction. Its internal ball contact supports downward, upward, and side loading, making the mounting orientation less restrictive than a guide intended for one primary load direction.

 

SA and CA are complete model suffixes, not optional letters that can be ignored. They identify different carriage arrangements within the same rail size. The guide is intended to accept loads in multiple directions, but the selected model must still be checked against the applied load.

4. Can the rail mounting holes be customized?
Provide the required rail length and hole layout with the drawing for review.

5. How should replacement parts be ordered?
Send the complete existing model code and the rail or carriage dimensions. Ordering only by the nominal size is not sufficient.
