1: The shape and size of the slider are different. SBR is square, TBR is flange type (installation threaded hole is through);
2: The combined height is different. The center heights of the slide rail and the slider are different, but the slider and the slide rail can be interchanged arbitrarily.
3: TBR is a little more expensive than SBR.
4: There is basically no difference in force performance.
Applicable occasions: TBR is suitable for top-down or bottom-up installation due to the sliding block mounting holes, while SBR is only suitable for the previous type of installation. In fact, the shape of the original TBR is slightly different from that of the products currently on the market. There are adjustment slots and adjustment screws on the side, which are designed to adjust the gap. Later, this function was cancelled due to product quality improvement, use conditions, and price reduction.
Generally speaking, SBR and TBR single-axis slide rails are suitable for occasions with strict cost control, low guiding accuracy and low load.
