Preload of linear guide rail system: The so-called preload is to give the steel ball load force in advance, and use the negative gap between the steel ball and the ball track to give the preload, which can improve the rigidity of the linear guide and eliminate the gap.

 

The preload grades of the linear guide rail system are: light preload, medium preload, medium preload, and overweight preload.

 

Overweight preload: high rigidity is required, and the vibration and impact force is large, such as the z-axis of the working machine and the machine suitable for heavy preload.

Heavy preload: equipment requiring high rigidity, large vibration and impact force, and machine tools with high load and heavy cutting. For example, machining centers, NC lathes, wheel feed shafts for grinding machines, milling machines, vertical or horizontal machines, tool guides.

Medium preload: devices with cantilever load or moment action, equipment used on a single axis, equipment with light load and high precision requirements. For example, grinding machine table feed axis, automatic coating machine, industrial robot, NC lathe, EDM machine, measuring instrument, precision XY stage.

Light preload: It is suitable for devices with a certain load direction, small vibration and impact force, and two axes are used in parallel. The accuracy requirements are not high, and the equipment with low sliding resistance is only required. For example, beam welding machines, binding machines, automatic packaging machines, XY axes of general industrial machinery, automatic door and window processing machines, welding machines, fusing machines, tool exchange devices, various material supply devices, CNC engraving and milling machines, light milling machines
