In order to make the machine work normally and stably and ensure the processing quality of the products, the daily maintenance of the guide rail and linear axis must be done carefully. Please prepare dry cotton cloth and lubricating oil to clean the guide rail. First move the laser head to the right (or left), find the linear guide, wipe it with a dry cotton cloth until it is bright and dust-free, add a little lubricant, and slowly push the laser head to the left and right a few times to make the lubricant evenly distributed.

Therefore, after the linear guide is used, it is necessary to apply anti-rust oil on its surface again. It should be placed in a warehouse at room temperature. It cannot be mixed with corrosive objects, nor can the linear guide that is not used temporarily , Stored directly on the floor of the warehouse, because the ground will accelerate the evaporation of rust-preventing oil, so this requires everyone to pay more attention when using it.
