1. The accuracy of the ball screw is not enough. When the ball screw is placed horizontally, gravity directly acts on the parts, which leads to the deformation of the main parts inside the ball screw or the friction between the parts and the outer wall of the screw, which directly affects the accuracy.
2. Improper assembly will affect the accuracy of the screw, and there will be some problems with the ball screw assembled by unprofessional personnel, or because of careless operation, the original parts of the screw will be dislocated or damaged during assembly, which will directly affect accuracy of the screw.
3. Incorrect detection method. During the detection of ball screw assembly equipment, many inspectors adopted different detection benchmarks, which led to different screw accuracy during the detection. Many inspectors used incorrect methods, which also led to errors in accuracy.
4. Incorrect assembly process and assembly sequence of ball screws will lead to the problem that the parallelism of the screws exceeds the normal range during assembly. Moreover, in the process of drilling and reaming, dust is not treated, which leads to a lot of dust entering the transmission surface of the screws, and the surface of the original parts will become less smooth because of dust wear, so the problems of guide parts will cause the internal original parts of the ball screws to be difficult to maintain, leading to problems in accuracy.
