As we all know, the linear guide is an important part of the machine tool, and its good performance will directly affect the machining accuracy, load-bearing capacity and production efficiency of the machine tool. (2) Stable operation at low speed;

(3) Good processing performance.

The guide rail is a rolling element installed between the working surfaces of the guide rail. The rolling elements may be ball bearings, rollers, and needle rollers that make point contact or line contact with the guide rail. The friction coefficient of the guide rail is very small. The dynamic and static friction coefficients are basically the same, the starting resistance is small, and a series of advantages that follow include high positioning accuracy, accurate micro-displacement, small wear, good accuracy, and long life. In recent years, it has been widely used. With the rapid development of CNC machine tools, this kind of guide rail will be more and more widely used.

During the manufacturing process of the machine tool, the precision requirements of the guide rail are very high. Generally, experienced workers are required to scrape and adjust. Traditional sliding guide rails and hydrostatic guide rails require scraping, which has high technical requirements, high labor intensity and low efficiency. The upper silver guide rail has better connection processing accuracy. The accuracy can be adjusted by adjusting the locking screw and the side pressure plate. Although the technical requirements are high, the labor intensity is small and the efficiency is high.
