2. Principle of automatic assembly of linear guide rail pair: In order to make the guide rail accurate, the guide rail pair must have the characteristics of automatic assembly. Horizontal rails can be installed with the weight of the moving parts; the rest of the rails require additional spring force or roller pressure to hold them together.


3. The approximate principle of the coefficient of dynamic friction and the coefficient of static friction: when designing the alignment of the linear guide, the coefficient of dynamic friction and the coefficient of static friction of the contact surface of the guide should be as close as possible to obtain higher repeated positioning accuracy and low-speed stability, rolling guide, with plastic plate or Ordinary sliding guides for plastic sheets, and coefficient of friction. Static and dynamic friction coefficients are closer to a certain number of values.


4: The principle of compensating for force deformation and thermal deformation: The linear guide and its supporting parts will deform when subjected to force or temperature changes, so when designing the guide and its supporting parts, it is necessary to form the corresponding shape after deformation. For example, the beam guides of gantry machine tools are made convex to compensate for the bending deformation caused by the weight of the headstock.


5. Full contact principle: To fix the length of the linear guide rail, it must be ensured that the moving guide rail is at the two extreme positions of the maximum stroke, and is in contact with the fixed guide rail over the full length to ensure that the linear guide rail pair can complete all the contacts in the contact process, so that the Perfect.
