Linear Guides
1. The standard product of linear slide has sealed lubricant into the slider before shipment. After installation and debugging, please lubricate the slider again before the official operation. When lubricating, use the same lithium soap based lubricant.
2. Standard products of linear slides are coated with anti-rust oil before shipment. If there is any action to clean the slides during installation, apply a suitable lubricant to the surfaces of the slides again after the machine is finished.
3. Since the slider of the linear slideway is composed of multiple plastic parts, please avoid contacting or soaking these parts with organic solvents during cleaning, so as not to damage the product.
Fourth, the foreign matter entering the slider is one of the reasons for the failure and damage of the slider, which should be avoided.
5. The disassembly of any linear slider component may cause foreign matter to enter the slider or reduce the accuracy of the linear slider. Do not disassemble the linear slides arbitrarily.
6. Improper inclination of the linear slider may cause the slider to slide out of the slider due to its own weight. When moving the linear slide, keep the linear slide horizontal.
7. The drop or impact of the linear slider will damage the normal function. Please avoid incorrect drop or impact of the linear slider.

The allowable ambient temperature range of the self-lubricating linear slide (E2 type) is -10~60℃; the allowable ambient temperature range of the silent linear slide (Q1 type) is -10~80℃; the metal end cover linear slide ( SE type) The maximum allowable ambient temperature is 150°C. In addition, the maximum allowable ambient temperature of general linear slides is 100°C.
