Generally speaking, the maintenance of linear stage mainly focuses on the maintenance of guide rail and screw rod, and the key point of maintenance is lubrication. In daily use, guide rail and screw rod must be well lubricated, without regular supply of lubricating oil (grease), the friction between beads and bead grooves will increase when the linear stage is running, and the service life of guide rail and screw rod may be shortened.
