On the premise of ensuring that it is lower than the critical speed of the ball screw mechanism, the large lead ball screw pair can achieve a feed speed of 100m/min or even higher

Usually only 20%~40% of the mechanical transmission efficiency can be achieved in the threaded screw mechanism, while the ball screw mechanism can achieve high mechanical transmission efficiency, up to 98%
8. Long service life
The hardness of the nut and the screw in the ball screw mechanism reaches HRC8~HRC62, and the ball hardness reaches HRC62HRC66, and the relative movement method of rolling is used to run almost without wear, so it can achieve a long service life
