If the ball screw pair is used for a long time, the nut and screw of the ball screw pair will have clearance, vibration and noise.
The balls in the original nut are all the same size, tightly locked by the oil seal, and the noise is relatively small. When steel balls are replaced because of wear and tear, in order to match good preloading and run smoothly, two kinds of steel balls with different diameters are usually selected for installation, and this is the problem. Once the nut is loaded, it will be difficult to run and make noise.
