1. The torque displacement is too large
The main reason that affects the torque displacement may be improper selection of materials, or inadequate heat treatment. Of course, if the initial design, that is, the grasp of the length is not in place, it will also affect the torque displacement.
2. Improper bearing installation
If the ball screw and the bearing do not fit in place during installation, the shoulder of the rod will be too long or too short when subjected to external load. In this case, the existence of the gap is inevitable. And the tilt of the bearing will cause a bad vertical angle.
3. The parallel surface of the support is not flat enough
If the parallelism of the parallel surface supporting the screw rod does not meet the standard at the beginning, it will also cause a large gap during installation, and in this case, adjusting the screw rod will not make any changes.
