4. Assembly
Assembly is the final step in the manufacturing process of the linear guide rail. When assembling, it is necessary to assemble the guide rail base with the guide rail surface, ball cage and balls. In the assembly process, the main factors affecting the assembly quality are: assembly quality, assembly accuracy and lubricating grease.
