2. Tighten the fixed side to the base temporarily. At this time, please put the workbench near the fixed side support unit and align it with the center of the shaft, and adjust the workbench so that the foundation can move smoothly.
3. When taking the fixed side as the benchmark, please adjust the ball screw nut to keep a certain gap with the workbench or support.
4. When taking the workbench as the benchmark, use a thin gasket to adjust or leave a certain gap between the outer surface of the nut and the inner surface of the installation part for adjustment.
5. Place the workbench near the ball screw support unit on the fixed side and align it with the center of the shaft, so that the workbench can go back and forth several times until the nut can move smoothly in the whole stroke, and temporarily tighten the support seat on the base.
