The combination of reducing the combined height and shortening the length of the slider is very suitable for equipment with less mechanical and space requirements in the high-speed automation industry.
The highly assembled linear guide rail is suitable for use in environments with large installation space and heavy load, such as grinders, milling machines, lathes, boring machines, drilling machines, comprehensive processing machines, etc.
Low-assembly linear guide rail is suitable for use in environments with small device space and small load, such as engraving machines, packaging machinery, semiconductor machinery, etc.
Generally speaking, the combination height of linear guide slider determines high assembly or low assembly, and the decisive factor is the allowable height of the use plane. With the same size, the height of the slider is different. For high assembly, the guide rail and slider are assembled together, and the assembly with relatively low height will be slightly higher.
