1. The problem of screw processing

a. The surface of the screw or nut bead groove is rough

b. The roundness of the steel ball, nut or nut is out of tolerance

c. The lead error of the screw or nut or the diameter of the circle exceeds the tolerance range

e. Uneven steel ball size or hardness

2. Exceeding the stroke

Over-stroke will cause damage or depression of six or seven, and even breakage of the return pipe, which will cause the steel ball to fail to operate normally. Under such harsh operating conditions, the surface of the screw or nut bead groove may be peeled off. The cause of over-travel may occur in machine setting, limit switch failure or crash. In order to prevent further damage to the ball screw, the re-installation of the ball screw must be re-examined by professional personnel.

3. The return pipe is damaged

The return pipe is severely impacted during installation, and the return pipe may cause dents and cause the same problems as mentioned above.

4. Eccentricity

If the nut seat is not concentric, there will be a radial load. If the eccentricity between the two is too large, the screw will bend, or even the eccentricity, which is not enough to cause obvious screw bending, abnormal wear will continue to occur, and cause The precision of the screw rod decreases rapidly; the higher the rated preload of the nut, the higher the eccentricity requirement.

5. Improper combination of screw and nut holder

The tilt or eccentricity of the nut during installation will cause abnormal load, and the voltage will be unstable when the motor is connected and rotated.
