1. Daily inspection
1) Check whether there is any damage, indentation or pulling of the shield, cable, etc. after operation.
2) Whether there is abnormal vibration or noise when the ball screw, linear guide, and bearing are in operation.
3) Whether there is abnormal vibration or noise when the motor and coupling are in operation.
4) Whether there are unknown dust, oil stains, scratches, etc. on all visually visible parts.

1) Linear guide rail once a month, increase the lubricating oil (viscosity: 30-150cst) to clean up the old oil stains, and carefully wipe the surface of the guide rail and the bead groove with a dust-free cloth, and directly apply to the outside of the guide rail.
2) Ball screw once a month, increase lubricating oil (viscosity: 30-40cst) to clean up old oil stains, and carefully wipe the screw nut and bead groove with a dust-free cloth, and directly apply to the outside of the screw.
