Ball screws can be roughly divided into two categories: "ground ball screws" and "rolled ball screws".

(1) Manufacturing method of threaded shaft:
The manufacturing process of the threaded shaft: blank processing, shape processing, thread groove formation, heat treatment, straightening, tempering, thread groove polishing.
In the manufacturing process of improving the quality of the ground ball screw, the forming of the thread groove is performed by cutting, the high-precision cutting of other shapes (outer diameter, shaft end), the thread groove polishing of the final process, and the rolled ball screw Bars are manufactured differently.
In addition, the ground threaded shaft suppresses aging deformation (long-term deformation) of the shaft by heat treatment, and undergoes cryogenic treatment to improve wear resistance.
In the thread grinding process, in order to improve the machining accuracy of the long thread shaft, the temperature control of the cutting fluid should be controlled the same as the room temperature.
(2) silk mother
Nut nut manufacturing process: blank processing, thread groove cutting, heat treatment, nut shape cutting, nut groove cutting, cycle structure assembly, ball assembly insertion, inspection.
The difference between the nuts for rolled ball screws and the nuts for ground ball screws is that in order to make the shape of the nuts as the reference surface for assembly, the cutting of the shape and the polishing of the thread grooves are performed, while the nuts for rolled ball screws The manufacturing process is secondary processing.
(3) Assembly of the ball screw:
The difference between the two types of ball screws in the assembly process is that the nut used for the ground ball screw pursues the built-in "preload" performance, while the rolled ball screw is very simple because it does not need it.
The ground ball screw is used to load steel balls for preload inspection. If the preload performance cannot be produced, replace the balls with different diameters for self-certification, and then check again.
After product inspection is completed, grease, pack and ship.
