3. Configure travel protection device
Both ends of the stroke of the ball screw are equipped with stroke protection devices, which can well avoid the impact on the accuracy and service life of the ball screw caused by over travel.
4. Avoid the influence of the weight of the lead screw
In addition to the above three methods, the self-weight will deform and bend the axis of the thin, long and horizontally placed lead screw to a certain extent, which will not only cause the accumulated lead error, but also affect the life of the ball screw to a certain extent. Influence, the nut is not uniformly loaded.
