The inspection of imported INA bearings should be carried out under the stray light, and the appearance and cracks of the bearings should be carefully observed.
1. Peeling and folding
These two kinds of defects are not firmly combined with the base metal locally, and there are often decarbonization or carbon deficiency around them to varying degrees, and the materials are easy to collapse, dent or wear, which is very unfavorable to the life and accuracy of bearings.
2. Riveting or welding quality of cage
Mainly observe whether the rivet head is offset, skewed, slack, short of meat or double eyelids, whether the welding position is correct, whether the welding spot is too large or too small, and whether the rolling body is stuck due to poor welding or excessive welding. The above items are the key inspection parts in our inspection of imported bearings. In addition to the above inspection parts, in addition, if the typing quality is poor, such as illegible or damaged handwriting, they should all be considered as defective products, and serious cases may not be accepted.
3. Rust, black skin and pitting
The latter two are the defects of easy storage of moisture and dirt, and zui is easy to develop into rust. Corrosion is the pollution source that leads to poor installation, early wear and fatigue, and serious corrosion will make the bearing scrapped.
4. All kinds of mechanical scars
Such as abrasion, scratch, crush, collision, etc., will cause poor installation of bearings, cause eccentric load and stress concentration, and cause the decline of rotation accuracy and service life.
5. All kinds of cracks
Such as raw material cracks, forging cracks, heat treatment cracks and grinding cracks, etc., these cracks will become stress concentration sources and expand rapidly in the future operation of bearings, resulting in bearing fracture, which has a great impact on bearing life and work safety. In fact, for bearings with important uses, the bearing factory has carried out 100% magnetic or radiographic inspection on its components.
