2. The fixed side is equipped with preloaded JIS5 or P0 angular contact ball bearings. The most economical match can be made according to the screw grade. The ball screw looks for Tihao, high precision and stable rotation performance.
3. Deep groove ball bearings are used on the support side.
4. The internal bearing of the support base EK, BK, FK and AK type contains an appropriate amount of lithium soap grease and is specially sealed. So these models can be used for a long time.
B. Installation of ball screw support base:
1. Install the fixed side on the screw.
2. Insert the fixed side, tighten the lock nut, and fix it with a spacer and a hexagon socket fixing bolt.
3. The support side bearing is fixed to the screw shaft with a stop ring, and installed into the support side support seat.
Note 1: Do not disassemble the support unit.
Note 2: When the screw shaft is inserted into the support unit, be careful not to turn the flange ball of the oil seal gasket.
Note 3: When using hexagon socket fixing bolts to compress the pad, in order to prevent slack, please coat the hexagon socket fixing bolts with adhesive before tightening.
In addition, when used under severe conditions, measures must be taken to prevent the slack of other parts.
C. Installation on the base of the workbench:
1. When installing the ball screw nut on the workbench with the support, insert the nut into the support and tighten it temporarily.
2. Tighten the fixed side temporarily to the base. At this time, please close the workbench to the fixed side support unit and align the center of the shaft, and adjust the workbench so that the base can move smoothly. When taking the fixed side as the reference, adjust the ball screw nut to maintain a certain gap between the table or the support. When using the table as a reference, adjust it with a thin shim (for the angle support unit), or leave a certain gap between the outer surface of the nut and the inner surface of the mounting part (for the round support base).
3. Place the worktable close to the fixed side support unit, and align the center of the shaft, make the worktable go back and forth several times, adjust until the nut can move smoothly throughout the stroke, and temporarily tighten the support base on the base. Confirm the accuracy and fully tighten the support unit. While testing the swing and axial clearance of the ball screw shaft end, the dial gauge is used to fully tighten the nut, nut holder, fixed side, and support side of the ball screw in sequence.
Four, connection with the motor
1. Install the motor support on the base.
2. Connect the motor and the ball screw with a coupling. (Pay attention to the installation accuracy)
3. Please pay attention to a sufficient test run.
4. Please pay attention to cleaning the countertop.
