Ball screw is an ideal product that transforms rotary motion into linear motion or transforms linear motion into rotary motion. It is composed of screw, nut and ball. Processing technology of cold rolled ball screw:
(1) Cutting (usually the screw rod is 3 meters or 6 meters, cut according to the actual needs of customers)
(2) Straightening (Professional straightening machine straightens the screw rod to achieve the straightness of the screw rod and avoid the jump of the screw rod after the wire loading machine)
(3) Spheroidizing heat treatment (use the high-frequency quenching machine for the end position dequenching heat treatment operation of the screw shaft)
(4) Rough turning outer circle (generally purchasing a lathe for processing the outer circle of the screw shaft end)
(5) Finish turning (finishing thread, keyway, circlip groove, etc.)
(6) Straightening (straightening before installation)
(7) Quality control operations (check drawing processing dimensions)
(8) Nut assembly (use the sleeve method to assemble the nut)
(9) Debugging pre-compression (professional assemblers conduct pre-compression testing)
(10). Fill the nut and screw rod with lubricating oil/grease.
(11) Packaging and shipping (The screw nut is first packed in a plastic pe bag, then packed in a carton, and filled with pearl cotton in the middle)
