The linear module has been widely used in all kinds of equipment because of its characteristics such as fast single movement speed, high repeated positioning accuracy, light weight, small equipment space and long service life. In the process of using the linear module, there will be some problems more or less, especially when it is used for a long time, so how should we deal with these failures?

1. The load rate shaft of the linear module and the guide shaft sleeve are worn out.
Specific performance: grinding scratches appear on the load rate shaft, copper chips explode below the load rate shaft, and squeaking sounds appear between the load rate shaft and the guide shaft sleeve.
The basic reason: the concentricity or parallelism error of the load rate shaft is large, resulting in wear and tear, and the inside of the cylinder barrel falls into metal debris.
Solution: dismantle and replace the worn load rate shaft and guide shaft sleeve to ensure cleanliness in the cylinder barrel.
2. The ball screw of the linear module is damaged.
Specific performance: the load rate is unstable, the deviation error is large, and the position of the ball screw is noisy.
The basic reason: the parts are not concentric, and iron filings fall into the ball screw, resulting in the failure of the screw nut.
Solution: dismantle and replace the ball screw, and disassemble and replace the parts when the parts are not concentric.
3. Bearing damage of linear module
Specific performance: the bearing position is noisy, the load rate is unstable, and the offset error is large.
The basic reason: iron chips fall into the bearing, and the machining of the bearing position is not concentric.
Solution: dismantle and replace the bearing. If the bearing position is not concentric, disassemble and replace the part for processing.
4. The synchronous belt of linear module is worn out
Specific performance: there is a noise in the transmission belt, and there are many gray-black transmission belt powders on it.
The basic reason: there is a problem in installing the synchronous belt with different centers on both sides of the synchronous belt and the supporting equipment of the synchronous wheel.
Solution: Replace the synchronous wheel or belt.
