There are two main reasons for the unsmooth operation of the ball screw. One is that when the ball screw is shipped, a lot of packaging materials and anti-bagging package ball nuts, and the screw does not have an appropriate standard procedure to complete the execution when packaging or arranging steel balls, foreign objects or other debris will block the steel ball track, causing the packaging materials to block the track, thus affecting the operation of the ball screw.
