Linear Bearings belong to high-precision mechanical parts. The technical personnel of the production enterprises using bearings can master and strictly abide by the correct method of bearing disassembly, which can significantly prolong the service life of bearings.

1. Notes on disassembly of bearings
When dismounting from the shaft, the force should be applied to the inner ring, and when dismounting from the bearing housing, the force should be applied to the outer ring.
2. Remove with hand press
When disassembling with a hand press, it should be fully ascertained whether the lifting part of the hand press and the center of the bearing are consistent with the vertical line. In addition, whether the support plate only supports the outer ring but not the inner ring surface causes indentation between the steel ball and the inner and outer rings.
3. Remove with a tool
When using the disassembly tool, the shim must be used to prevent the damage of the shaft center.
4. Removal with hammer and backing plate
When using a hammer to remove, it is easy to hurt the shaft end, so a shim must be used.
5. Removal of sleeve bearing
For sleeve bearing, the clamp should be tightly connected to the side of the inner ring, so that it can be fixed on the shaft, so that the washer claw can stand up. Then, after the nut is turned back for 2~3 times, the backing plate will be blocked on the side of the nut, and the sleeve will be moved to the shaft direction by hammering. As long as the sleeve moves in the axial direction, the bearing is easy to take out. If the nut is backed up a lot, and only a few threads are left, it will damage the screw, so we have to pay attention to it.
