First of all, we should consider the use environment. In harsh environments, we generally need to choose dust-proof equipment. Generally speaking, the environment suitable for synchronous belts needs to avoid dust and corrosive gas environment, the working temperature is lower than 80 degrees, and the storage temperature is -30-80 degrees.
Not only that, we also need to be careful when using the synchronous belt module. Compared with the screw module, the rigidity of the synchronous belt module is not strong, so we should also pay attention to it when using it.
1. It is suggested to set the acceleration and deceleration time of starting and stopping the motor on the controller, which is about 0.5s.
2. It is recommended to lubricate regularly once a month, and it is recommended that the lubricating grease used for lubrication is No.3 lithium soap base oil.
3. It is recommended to clean the dust and sundries on the surface of the module once a month.
4. This product is not suitable for use with collision sensors. Recommended sensors: inductive sensor, electromagnetic sensor, photoelectric transducer, etc.
