1. Appearance inspection: if there are obvious scratches, cracks, wear or deformation on the surface of the guide rail slider, it means that it has been damaged and needs to be replaced.
2. Measure the dimensions, such as the length, width and height of the slide block of the guide rail, using calipers or hand-held measuring instruments. If there is obvious deviation between the measured size data and the original design size, it means that the guide rail slider is aging or damaged and needs to be replaced.
3. Check the track surface, whether the track surface moved by the guide rail slider is smooth, and whether there is sag, wear or rust. If there is obvious damage on the track surface, it will easily lead to unstable motion of the guide rail slider and should be replaced in time.
4. Check the friction coefficient of the guide rail slider, and judge whether the friction coefficient of the guide rail slider is normal by manually pushing and pulling the guide rail slider to observe whether its motion state is stable and whether the force required for pushing and pulling is appropriate. If the friction of the guide rail slider is too large or too small during the movement, it means that the guide rail slider is aging or damaged and needs to be replaced.
5. Use professional testing devices: if the above inspection methods cannot accurately judge the state of the guide rail slider, we can also use professional testing instruments to check whether the parameters such as the size and shape of the guide rail slider meet the requirements.
