Ball screw rod
1. The raceway has slight local wear. Scratched areas can be partially trimmed and smoothed using a diamond file or whetstone.
2. There is a slight abrasion in the raceway. Place the ball screw between the two heads of the thread grinder and align the finish. It is necessary to strictly control the number of grinding, and it should not be too large, so that the screw pair after grinding cannot be replaced by the nut, and its performance and accuracy can be restored by adjusting the gap or replacing the slightly larger ball.
3. The raceway has serious scratches. Grind with the same ball screw method as above on the thread grinder. Determine the amount of grinding according to the degree of wear and tear, and fine-grind according to the size of steel balls of similar diameter series. After replacing the "R" value with the "R" value, replace the "Roller" value with the "R" value, replace the "Roller" value with the "R" value, and reconfigure the nut. This repaired lead screw should be in good condition.
