What is the difference between TBR rail and SBR rail?

Aug 18, 2021

Today we will understand the difference between TBR rails and SBR rails.

1. The shape and size of the slider are different. SBR is square, TBR is flange type (installation threaded holes are through).

2. The combined height is different. The center heights of the slide rail and the slider are different, but the slider and the slide rail can be interchanged arbitrarily.

3. TBR is a little more expensive than SBR

4. There is basically no difference in force performance.

Applicable occasions: TBR is suitable for top-down or bottom-up installation due to the sliding block mounting holes, while SBR is only suitable for the previous type of installation. Generally speaking, SBR and TBR single-axis slide rails are suitable for occasions with strict cost control, low guiding accuracy and low load.
