The running accuracy of C2-class ball screw in one revolution is 15 μm, and the stroke variation in any 300mm stroke is 50 μm, which is the third accuracy level.
The running accuracy of C3-class ball screw in one revolution is 30 μm, and the stroke variation in any 300mm stroke is 100 μm, which is the fourth accuracy level.
In the application of ball screws, ball screws with different accuracy are used in different mechanical equipment and manufacturing processes. For example, ball screws with accuracy of C7 and C10 are commonly used in general mechanical manufacturing, while ball screws with accuracy of C5 and C3 are usually used in numerical control equipment, while ball screws with accuracy of C2 are used in aviation manufacturing equipment and precision projection equipment.
