1. Feel the bearing quality through the appearance.
In the process of selling bearings, it is found that many customers say that the quality is good as long as the bearing is bright, which is wrong. The brightness of the bearing surface should be black, which is caused by whether the steel used in the bearing is qualified or not, its grinding process and cutting fluid used, among which there were two main factors.
2. Is the chamfer bright.
The chamfer of a bearing does not determine the quality of a bearing, but it reflects the processing method of a bearing. Chamfering is black, which means that after heat treatment such as quenching, the hardness of the bearing is increased, but some people think that chamfering is not good-looking because it is not completely processed, which is a misunderstanding.
3. Integral cage and two-body cage.
Most people think that a one-piece cage is better than a two-piece cage, which is also a misunderstanding. Although all the new processes use an integrated cage, it only saves materials, but its performance in reverse rotation is worse than that of the two bodies.
Bearing quality seriously affects the production work, and it is the most important thing to polish your eyes and judge the quality of bearings.
